We start this round up with the ultimate sad news that Chuck Berry past away last Sunday, the original Grandfather of Rock died of cardiac arrest in his Missouri home. Berry will be sorely missed.
To brighten things up on Monday, I reviewed the awesome self-titled debut EP from London based The Ravens, the veteran rockers really impressed me and are a must listen for all Rock fans. Wednesday saw Matt tell us about the time he watched Fruit Chan’s Dumplings, one of the most sick and twisted films I’ve seen in years, this almost makes Itchi the Killer seem normal… I said seems, anyway, take a gander and make up your own mind HERE.

Bad news for all us Linkin Park fans, they’ve dropped their second single off the new album and sadly ‘Battle Symphony’ is just as pop as ‘Heavy’. And after some of the interviews I’ve heard from Chester Bennington, its sounds like the whole new album is going to be like this. Damn.
Calling all gamers! September is shaping up to be a massive one. Two separate UK retailers really fucked up this week when they accidentally revealed the release dates for Destiny 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2, with Destiny out the 8th and Red Dead looks like the 26th. Start saving your pennies kids.
