A cinephile’s Wet Dream? Or a movie goer's Rubik’s Cube?
Assuming you’re not familiar with Villeneuve’s style, he’s not the type to serve up the story on a silver platter. As a matter of fact, his most popular film to date, Prisoners is about as linear and straight forward as his films get. On the opposite side of the linear spectrum you have Enemy, which is the type of film that splits the active viewers from the passive viewers. Arrival I would say
