"...the atmosphere was like something I haven’t felt in years in a gig, Beartooth gave everything they had to us in the crowd and it made the night even more memorable."
I seem to have a new tradition at the moment which I’m not happy with, I keep on missing the opening acts of gigs, I think I’m just enjoying the pre-show pint (or 2-3) too much. As you can guess, we arrived late and didn’t get to see Trash Boat, but we were in time for second act Vanna, who kicked some serious arse and really went off. I’ve heard of these dudes off and on for years but this was my first listen to them properly and what better way to check a band out than live? It shows what they’ve actually got and Vanna brought everything they had. There was never a dull moment while they were on stage, they kept the crowd engaged at all times ensuring the punters were next to constantly going off, with the highlight being one of the guitarist’s handing over his duties to a road before diving headfirst into the churning sea that was the moshpit.
